The mug is 11oz, white ceramic and is printed, using top quality inks, on both sides. All of our items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of postage as standard. Our standard turnaround from order to dispatch is 3 – 5 working days. Please be aware that during busier times of the year such as Christmas, this may be slightly longer. All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail standard postage with proof of postage for all orders – there is the option to upgrade to first class postage at checkout when ordering for faster onward delivery, please note this does not effect the dispatch date - please check estimated dispatch and delivery times
