Whilst our mugs are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to prolong the quality and clarify of print. All of our items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of postage in the UK as standard. Our standard turnaround from order to dispatch is 3 – 5 working days. Please be aware that during busier times of the year such as Christmas, this may be slightly longer.  Thank you
