We use top quality 11oz mugs and high definition inks for the best finish.

All of our items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of postage as standard with the option to upgrade to 1st class post at checkout.

Our standard turnaround from order to dispatch is 3 – 5 working days. Please be aware that during busier times of the year such as Christmas, this may be slightly longer.

Whilst our mugs are dishwasher safe, we recommend they are washed by hand to ensure they stay in the best conditionAll of our orders are sent using Royal Mail standard postage with proof of postage for all orders – PLEASE NOTE TRACKING IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE WITH STANDARD POSTAGE.
